As an admirer of iDevices and all things Apple, he was frustrated to discover just how difficult it was to get affordable and reliable service when his devices broke while home or on the road.
Finding a business that provided affordable and reliable iDevice service that was “customer centric” was nearly impossible. It was then that Benjamin decided to fulfill the growing repair demand by creating Shatter Buggy.
