We at Shatter Buggy recommend that you “back up” your iDevice before the repair. This will help to ensure that your data is not lost permanently. While it is rare to have data lost during service, it can happen as the iPad will have the battery disconnected during the process. In order to minimize the service time, Shatter Buggy also requests that you fully charge your iDevice before the scheduled service time. If that is not possible, that is OK, but the service intervall may be a bit longer.
